NGO's substitution list lacks scientific basis

on 17 September 2008, a Swedish environmental NGO -ChemSec-, published a list of 267 chemicals that it would like to see substituted under REACH. This "SIN" list has been created outside of the REACH process managed by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and only reflects the opinions of ChemSec.
