About TETRABROMOBISPHENOL A (TBBPA)

TBBPA is one of the 75 different brominated flame retardants (BFRs) and the largest BFR in terms of production. 70% of TBBPA is used as a reacted flame retardant in electrical and electronic equipment and 20% is used as an additive to plastics.
