Waste and Recycling

TBBPA is fully recyclable and complies with all legislation for recycling and recovery .

Due to its chemical structure, TBBPA has very low potential for formation of significant levels of dioxins and furans during recycling.

The Directive on Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) requires that plastics containing BFRs, such as TBBPA, in printed circuit boards greater than 10cm are given separate treatment.
